The estimated property value before renovations 410k - With just 16k investment from the sellers. The property sold for $465K - creating an impressive 39k return.

This is the last flip I completed for myself. 

A full property transformation from top to bottom. I especially love how this room turned out. It's a perfect example of how thoughtful design a  few low cost upgrades can  can completely change the feel of the space without breaking the budget.

The property was originally estimated at 435k. Instead of leaving money on the table the seller invested 5k in targeted buyer focused upgrades designed to improve presentation, perception and emotional appeal.

The property hit the market at 475k and sold for asking price. 

The client's agent contacted Home Revitalize prior to listing the property to make the home more inviting to buyers and address infrastructure repairs. 

The focus of this project was to eliminate buyer objections and resolve concern areas rather than increasing  value.

Their goal was to create more open space for meeting along with a warm, inviting entrance for clients and agents alike.
