The Assessment
We evaluate what we found against current buyer expectations in your market. Not every issue needs to be fixed. We separate what matters from what doesn't.
The Written Strategy
You receive a clear, prioritized list of recommendations — what to do, what to skip, and roughly what each item should cost. Your agent gets a copy too, if you'd like.
