Home Revitalize — St. Thomas & London
Selling as-is? We may be interested in buying.
Before Home Revitalize, I spent 10 years buying, renovating and selling homes across St. Thomas and London. I still buy the occasional property that needs work, especially when the owner would rather not deal with repairs, showings or delays.
If you're thinking about selling a home that needs work, call me at 519-636-1265 for a no-obligation conversation.
How we keep this separate from our advice
If you've booked a walkthrough with us, we won't make an offer on your home unless you ask us to.
If you're working with a real estate agent, any offer goes through your agent.
Our recommendations are the same whether or not we'd ever be interested in buying.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
